    At Crafty Cloud Co, every item is handmade with care. Because of the nature of handmade products, we have the following policies in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.


    Returns & ExchangesWe currently do not accept returns or exchanges on items unless they arrive damaged or defective.


    Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

    • A brief description of the issue


    Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue qualifies.

    Refunds


    Refunds will only be issued if:

    • The item arrives damaged

    • The wrong item was sent

    • The order cannot be fulfilled


    Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


    CancellationsOrders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.


    Handmade Item Disclaimer:

    Because all items are handmade, slight variations in color, bead patterns, or charm placement may occur. These differences make each item unique and are not considered defects.


    Shipping Issues:

    Crafty Cloud Co is not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information.
